Under the Alanya Integrated Solid Waste Utilization and Disposal Facility Project, a mechanical separation facility with a capacity of 1,000 tons of waste material per day, a biomethanization facility with a capacity of 420 tons, an energy production facility with a capacity of 4 megawatts, a compost facility with a capacity of 200 tons and a medical waste sterilization facility with a capacity of 10 tons will be established, supporting the elimination of the waste problem in Alanya. The Alanya Integrated Solid Waste Utilization and Disposal Facility will generate energy from waste material.

Construction of the Türkler Wholesale Market on site measuring 155,000 square meters in the Türkler neighborhood of Alanya has largely been completed. The Alanya Türkler Wholesale Market Project, which will bring the Alanya Central Market, and the Demirtaş, Konaklı and Payallar markets together under a single roof, foresees the opening of brokerage shops, merchant offices, warehouses, an administrative building, banks, commercial buildings and a post office.

Construction of the Güzelbağ Industrial Estate has reached the final phase. The project will see companies engaged in the manufacture of furniture, marble, glassware and iron works being relocated from the congestion of the city to a comfortable working environment in the state-of-the-art Güzelbağ Industrial Estate.
